“Satisfaction” was the Rolling Stones' first number one American hit. To many, it is the quintessential rock song with its mix of fractured grammar (“can't get no”), its sense of rebellion and disillusionment, its anti-commercialism stance and, of course, its driving guitar riff.

The Rolling Stones first recorded the track on 10 May 1965 at Chess Studios in Chicago, Illinois, which included Brian Jones on harmonica. The Stones lip-synched to a dub of this version the first time they debuted the song on the American music variety television programme Shindig!

"Satisfaction" is credited for playing a pivotal role in shaping the electronic music scene and solidifying Benny Benassi's status as a leading figure in the genre.
